I would definately recommend this place as somewhere to get a lunch at work as an alterntaive to sandwiches. The menu isn't vast - they do various noodle dishes and curry dishes either vegetables, pork or chicken and several hot soups and bento box meals. I can highly recommend the chicken katsu curry with rice (£4.95) very filling and a great hot lunch. Chicken in breadcrumb with a generous amount of katsu sauce and veg, mushrooms carrots, peppers oand potaoes but varies alot,You can pay 50p extra to have noodles instead of rice , but they are the thick doughy variety and aren't everyone's thing. I found the chicken teryaki a dissapointment, not enough sauce and very dry chicken. For a healthier lunch they do hot soups, or they also have a chiller with a selection of sushi.

Advantages: tasty and affordable Disadvantages: can get very busy
Fast service, good food, and the bill's not to scary at the end of it all - Wagamama is one of my favourite places to meet up with a friend for lunch. There's a good, affordable menu, including several choices for vegetarians, and a few set menus to make the selection even easier, with fresh fruit juices and several yummy side dishes to accompany your main soup, noodles or rice. Green tea is on the house, and the staff are generally quick to notice you when you want to order or request refills. All the food is cooked as it is ordered, so different dishes will arrive at different times, but even with a quite large group I've never found that to be a problem. Sitting canteen style ...
