After reading the previous reviews I felt compelled to write my own. I have no doubt that the other reviewers have had bad experiences with Jarvis. However, having used Jarvis for about 3 years now since transferring from my other broker, I have found them to be extremely efficient and excellent value for money.

Their online dealing is extremely easy to use and the dealers seem much better than my old broker when I deal over the phone. Dividends are credited to my account in a timely fashion and when I have changed my personal details (e-mail, address, etc,) they were changed and confirmed within the hour.

Unlike the other reviewers I have never experienced problems with having funds remitted to me or orders placed since I have been a client. However, when I have had any questions, their administration staff are always very knowledgeable and go out of their way to help you.

Overall I would (and have) recommended Jarvis to friends and family over other big name brokers with far higher charges. The reviewers above have clearly had bad experiences some years ago, but I (and I’m sure many others) have found Jarvis to be great at what they do.
