...I like to receive this as a present, with all the other products available to match. Theres nothing better than having matching bath products and moisturiser, to pamper yourself before a night out! My friends always coment on how good i smell, which cannot be to bad for the confidence booster. Just one squirt lasts me all day, it is very refreshing but not too over powering.My boyfriend loves the smell of the perfume too, on me!! The packaging is plain and simple, but elegant too, looks good standing on your dressing table. something good for Issey to try would be a smaller size, a sample size to fit into handbag or purse for those nights out! ...I remember seeing this perfume in a shop and just thinking 'wow!'. And even now with it on my dressing table I still think so! I bought an 125ml bottle of it for just over £20 which is a bargain for a good EDP. The first thing that caught my attention was the tall classy bottle which looks so expensive! I'm quite a big fan of Elizabeth Arden and her tall, simple but very elegant bottles. The smell is sharp and I felt it was a little too strong when first sprayed but it settles down very quickly and has great staying power! I hardly ever need to re-apply this perfume. It is hard to describe the smell but it does seem very elegant, mature and sophisticated. The 125ml bottle is great for your dressing table but is far too big to carry around so I suggest maybe the 30ml one for your purse but re-applying really isnt that necessary so you... Read review

Advantages: Charming fragrance, beautiful design, relatively inexpensive

...... The dominant aroma often seems to be what my mother terms 'pee de la puss'. Not so with 'Lovely'. Leave the celebrity clap trap behind ('something lovely stirs in the air'/'a fragrance as lovely as the woman who created it') - and what you get left with is just a gorgeous, elegant perfume. Top notes of patchouli, paper whites and orchid combine with mid notes of cedar, white amber and musk; low notes include mandarin, bergamot, rosewood, lavender and apple martini. I would say that the rosewood, apple and paper whites are especially apparent (at least on my skin!). To summarise, this is a sweet, floral fragrance - though not sickly 'girly' sweet. Sarah Jessica would have you believe that it would suit any woman from 17 to 107, but I would say that dominance of the sweeter tones mean that it is likely to be better suited to those in their 20s/30s...
