polished perfection -Rimmel London Nail Tip Whitener with Lycra

French manicures in my opinion, are the most sophisticated and stylish nail look. However, I always find that "Do it yourself" kits don't always give you the professional results you wish for and often the pink colour is too pink. I prefer a more natural look so thought I'd try buying just a tip whitener rather than wasting my money on a kit which included something I always threw away (the pink polish). I'm not a beauty buff and I don't spend loads of money on beauty products, but I do like my nails to look nice. They all grow pretty evenly and I trim them down to about 1cm each. They're not very strong and chip quite easily so I have to be careful not to paint them too often. I bought the tip whitener on offer, it was 3-for-2 on Rimmel products and since I was buying Rimmel eyebrow pencil and a Rimmel Clear Polish I thought I ...

Jessica-Notorious nail colour

Advantages: great long lasting,vast array of colours
Disadvantages: price for some

I'd never heard of Jessica Nail Products,up until about a year and a half ago. After hearing my mum bang on about how good a Clarins/Jessica pedicure was,I decided to book myself in for a 'luxury' pedicure. I've never been a person who goes for brands and generally tend to pick up whatever takes my fancy,not regarding whether its 50p or 5.00p! However when I'd had my pedicure done,I had the choice of the nail colour that I wanted and was amazed at the spectrum of colours available for my tootsies! There was literally everything,from bright blue,through to pink,to black. I've always liked dark,deep reds and the array was fantastic,every variation on deep red that you could imagine. The second time I went back,about 6 months later,there was a new range that they had ordered and one of the colours really stood out for me ...
