I placed an online order for 4 posters on 27/12/2011. It takes almost 2 weeks to receive my posters. It might be the problems from Royal Mail during Christmas and New Year busy time.
I contacted Jessops on 4/1/2012 and they gave me a tracking number, however, the Royal Mail's trace&tracking status is "undefined". Then I requested Jessops to reprint my order on 6/1/2012. Jessops didn't send the email to me about the reprint order's dispatch date. I contacted them again on 9/1/2012 and they told me they posted the reprint posters to me on 6/1. Finally, I receive my posters on 12/1/2012. It tooks so long time to receive my posters, made me so worried...My advice is avoid to place online order during Christmas or New Year time. If it is possible, go to Jessops' store to place orders is more safe!
