On a visit to the hairdressers some time ago my hairdresser pointed out to me that the ends of my hair were a little frizzy and that was after I had the hair cut and the ends of my hair were all rough and a little coarse, I do use conditioner after every time I wash my hair but she told me it sometimes happens when a hair colour is used on a regular basis and over time it can make the ends of the hair quite dry etc and not the whole head of hair and she told me my hair was in excellent condition everywhere else except the ends, she recommended I use a hair serum, so I bought this one to try on my hair to see if it helped at all.

It comes in a little plastic transparent bottle with a pump action dispenser and it has a top to cover the pump, it is a clear gel and the texture of it is extremely soft and there is no fragrance with this product that I can actually smell. The gel is quite thick and not a runny consistency and all that is needed is to pump a little into the palm of your hand, the size of a pea and gently rub it into wet hair and depending on the length of the hair, more or less can be used to work into the hair. My hair is shoulder length and so quite short at the moment and a pea sized amount it fine for my length of hair and my hair is quite thick and that amount is adequate to help my hair.

The first time I used it I thought it would leave my hair quite greasy, as the gel is quite thick but I was pleasantly surprised that it did not leave my hair that way at all. My hair felt absolutely super after applying it and it feels amazingly soft. The frizz on the ends of my hair improved just after the application and it has certainly improved with time as I have been using it for quite a lot of months now but I do not use it every day now as I did when I first bought it, I just use it a couple of times a week at the moment to keep the ends in good condition and it is enough to make them feel good and look good at the same time.

The serum is left on the hair and it works as it sits on the hair, my hair feels so soft and smooth immediately I have applied it, it can then be styled in the usual way and I just blow dry my hair in the usual way and my hair feels fine. I find my brush glides through my hair in the usual way with no trouble at all and once it had dried it does feel so conditioned, I am totally amazed with the results it gives to my hair.

This cost me at the time of purchase only £4.80 for 25ml from Sainsbury's and John Frieda is a well known male hair stylish and he is well known in the hair industry and has been for many years and he was once married to the singer Lulu, and he has lots of hair products on the market, of which I have tried quite a few in the past.

This serum is of a very high quality and excellent value for money and it works beautifully on my hair and the frizz is no longer apparent since I have used this serum and the condition is back to how it had been previously and a little really does go a very long way. The quality is excellent and it is very good value for money too.

This serum leaves a nice gloss on the hair but not a greasy look, it is a nice shine and it looks polished, it corrects very dry to medium frizz and I think the ends of my hair are in such a good condition now and so for that reason I will continue to use a serum on my hair constantly in the future to keep it in tip top condition and this one is one that I will buy again. My hair is blonde and the shine is incredible since I have been using this one and my family and friends have commented on how good a condition my hair looks now and so the results speak for themselves with this one.

I do not have curly hair but it tells me on the packaging that it can be used on curly hair too to tame it into place and control it much better for styling etc.

I highly recommend this serum for anyone with problems with frizz as I think it is a good one and affordable because only a little is needed and it does last such a long time.
