Don’t you just hate it when you have a bad hairday? You wake up, take a look in the mirror and all you see is this huge frizzy mass of hair staring back at you. I think many of you out there know the feeling! Well I have found a solution to stop you ever having days like that again. If you are like myself and have had your hair highlighted you will know the after effects that it has on your hair. It can make it feel dry, rough and make it look dull. John Frieda's "Instant conditioner & Shiner" sachet is your best bet to make it sleek, soft and generally revive your hair after its been highlighted or even if you feel its just in the need of a boost.
This 25ml sachet can be found in boots (3 for 2 offer at the moment!) or any other good store and is one of the many John Frieda's 'Ready to Wear' products. I found that when I used this product it was simple but effective to use from a squeeze packet and easily lasted two washes, as there was loads in the packet for the size. In my opinion I found several advantages and a few disadvantages as listed below.
ADVANTAGES:
Made my hair feel really soft and supple and also made it easy to style when wet or once dry. Didn’t make my hair feel flat unlike some other conditioners no matter how much of the conditioner I used on my hair. Simple but effective to use from a reasonable sized sachet. No skimping on the size considering the price! Lasts at least two washes. There was plenty in a 25ml sachet even though it looks a fairly small sized packet. Fantastic price! 99p for a sachet, and there is an offer on at the moment in Boots for "Buy 3 for the price of 2." Bargain!
DISADVANTAGES:
This conditioner was let down because there was no fragrance to it! Although his may not be a disadvantage to some who don’t like a conditioner to leave a scent in their hair. Didn’t leave the shine that it promised this was another let down to the product. Even though my hair was left soft and manageable it just didn’t make it any shinier!
In my opinion this product will suit people who have normal to dry hair, and is ideal if you condition your hair daily as it doesn’t build up and leave your hair greasy like some other products. Its cheap and lasts and would be an ideal conditioner to take away with you if you were travelling for a few days, because of its size and shape it doesn’t take up much space. Also it’s a good product to use as a tester to see if it agrees with your hair before you buy in a bigger quantity and even if it doesn’t agree with it, it wont have swallowed all your money up.
This product may have a couple of disadvantages but the advantages definitely out-weight them and all in all this is a great product, cheap and gives you effective results. My advice would be to buy now whilst the 3 for 2 offers still available!
