I have recently changed from my normal shampoo and conditioner which was leaving my hair frail and limp, at first i had put the condition of my hair down to the number of holidays i was having each year, then a friend told me to try BLONDE by john frieda..and i can honestly say that there has been a massive improvement it realy does leave your hair managable. having quite long fine hair i find that it is the perfect product..it also enhances any blonde you might have...i give this product a big thumbs up..at only 3.99 a bottle i feel its also good value for money. aida
