This is the best conditioner ever!! I discovered it about four months ago when I first decided to be a “natural” blonde. I did not purchase it because of those infuriating adverts, but because the conditioner had been recommended to me by a friend.
There are two variations of the conditioner, one is for platinum to champagne, and the other is honey to caramel, which is the one I chose and I am writing this op on. This is good for both natural and bottle-blondes. As a swimmer I find this particularly good to prevent my hair from becoming dry.
The packaging is not really anything special, It comes in a cone shape hair gel style bottle. Which is impractical for the shower as it is very hard to keep a hold of when its wet! I have to say it looks a bit cheap as it clear, but a benefit of this means that you can keep an eye on how much you are going through. The smell of the product is not anything to shout about either. Its not
The actual conditioner contains vitamins B5 and sunflower seed oil which are supposed to replenish the hair and repair damage from chemicals, so therefore it is ideal for swimmers like myself who frequently ravage their hair with chlorine.
The major plus of this conditioner is that shockingly it does EXACTLY what it says on the bottle. If you have highlighted hair like me you will notice how much this conditioner accentuates your highlights. I noticed straight away how shiny they looked, and they appear more golden. I have to say it is very hard to describe the effect the conditioner creates. After trying this it made my hair look and feel 50 times softer and healthier.
.Although this conditioner makes your hair feel soft and lovely , it does not make your hair feel greasy at all. You shouldn’t need to use too much of it either to get a good result. One worry for me is that when I use a deep conditioner, afterwards I have trouble styling my hair, but my hair although very well conditioned was still very easy to style after using it.
The major bad about this product is the cost. It costs between four and five pounds a 250ml bottle, which is extortionate. I pay this grudgingly because Sheer Blonde is the only conditioner I have found that maintains my hairs condition. It is a rip off but the quality of the conditioner, just about justifies the expense.
All in all, if you are blonde, natural or bottle, and are looking for a new conditioner, then try this. I know this op sounds like a John Frieda advert, but I promise I am being honest!! You can buy small travel sized bottles from superdrug (I’m not sure how much they cost though) if you just want to try it. If you are not blonde, I have been told it is still a very good conditioner. It is expensive but the end result is worth it. (Plus if we all buy it, they could stop broadcasting those adverts with the singing twins!!!!)
Thanks for reading LOUISA x x
Lastly, I would like to say although I have been back from Portugal for almost a month the reason I haven’t been on Ciao is because my 5 year old cousin balanced her Ribena on top of my screen, and promptly knocked it over. Therefore I have had not had a VCU for the last 3 weeks!

Aaaah! Kids eh? You know when I was a blonde last year I used baby shampoo for the same effects as this, it really brings out your highlights and it's loads cheaper. It might dry your hair out a little though, depends on your hair type, mine is normal and after a few washes I had to return back to my regular shampoo for a few. Definitely worth a try though, especially if you can nick it from the kids, LOL. :o) Mel x

I think you should describe the experience you have when you use this product. Scent, texture, ease of use, etc. are missing from this op.
Advantages: Does what it says Disadvantages: Price
