When you have fine hair or hair that seems to just hang, it is very important to choose the correct shampoo and conditioner. I have relatively fine hair and find that some shampoos really don't do a lot for it. Infact some brands I have tried in the past for 'fine hair' have made my hair go static and this can be terribly aggravating, requiring hairgel etc which then weighs it down again and makes it look flat and without body again...not very helpful.

My mum had used John Freida products before and had recommended them to me, so when I saw that there's a shampoo for fine/limp hair I had to have a go. The smell isn't very attractive - it's a kind of medicated smell, not too nice really. However as I have mentioned before in one of my reviews, it is always advisable to purchase the same brand of conditioner as well. I bought the Instant Conditioner and Shine which smells really nice and...well that's a seperate review!

My hair was left in wonderful condition....using these products my hair never went static and stayed perfect, the way i styled it! It certainly does seem to thicken the hair and I would recommend it to people, not only with fine hair, but people who just want a little more lift and body!
