have shopped with john lewis online over and over again,their products are wonderful,,,though some products are a bit on the high side but if u are looking for perfection ,,that shld be where you should be shopping,cant fault the delivery services...unlike most online delivery services,,,its simply great,ontime without hassles, you dont have to call to remind them of an undelivered parcel,,and the sweetest part is that its free,u dont pay nothing.and ... ...will even ring you back if you wish, you send them a mail regarding a product, may be u want it in a different color, they check it up and reply u asap, and even give yuo more options if the cant get exactly what you asked for,,,, willl definetly be shopping there again and again ...

Excellent range of goods, and choice of products. Even more than I would expect to find in store. The home page is too long. Otherwise well laid out, with attractive spacing, colours etc. The search facility worked very quickly and found what I was looking for. It would be nice to have an advanced search facility to give more details about the product searched for. The price is in fairly small type, but is still clear. I know enough to be able to ... ...page, saving the inconvienece of ordering and then finding out of stock. Using the shopping basket was very easy. I had to click a link from the product page to find out the delivery costs, but these were clearly set out, and gave options and timescales. This information was not shown on the shopping basket page.
Although I changed my address on the checkout screen, this only appears to have updated my billing address and not the delivery address. ...

...I first used the johnlewis.com site about a year ago, mainly attracted because I had been sent some kind of money-off voucher, which was for £10.
On that occasion I bought an item worth £20.00, the minimum amount I could spend using the voucher.
It was a Swiss Army knife, actually. At the time it seemed to be a very competitive price.
Delivery charges needed to be added on - £3.95 for standard delivery. If you buy more than £150 worth there is ... ...sometimes it's worth seeing what's on offer.
Overall - johnlewis.com is a good site selling quality goods. If you get an introsuctory money off offer like I did, it's well worth a visit. Otherwise, perhaps not one for the bargainhunters, but it's still a reliable, well-presented site. ...

Advantages: Great order system, fantastic customer service, dicount codes, 0845 number. Disadvantages: Some images incorrect, a bit expensive without the vouchers and they do charge for delivery.
...The order system on johnlewis.com is very efficient. When you click 'add to basket', your basket - represented by a small grey square on the top-right of the page - updates immediately. No matter what you're looking at you can always refer to the basket without clicking around and 'losing' the page you're on, and you can use the list of products to click on what you've already ordered to check back over the details.
I do really like the fact that ... ...the order tracking on the johnlewis.com site is very comprehesive and updated regularly, so I've never felt the need to panic about an order.
I emailed yesterday night around midnight to make it clear that my set-top box was not for my address (I don't have a TV and didn't want to have TV Licensing on my back). I got a reply at 9.01am this morning to confirm that the details had been noted. WOW! Now that's service, especially at Christmas time!

...me to spend £30 with Johnlewis.com and get £10 off my first order. Now this was sorely tempting, I even got to the stage of confirming my order….only to be informed that the products that I wanted were out of stock. So I left it……until last week!
Last week I received an e-mail via Ipoints telling me that if I placed an order with Johnlewis.com for £20, they would give me 1 Ipoint (woohoo!) and also £10 off my order. Blimey! That ... ...I particularly like about the Johnlewis.com search facility is that once you have searched, you can then narrow down your search by department. You are given the departments whereby your product search has been found down the left hand side of the screen, which you can then narrow down further. For example, I wanted to look in the Kitchen department which had 45 ‘glasses’ and I was then told that this is broken down further into 4 smaller ...
