The gel

It's really not that easy to identify the scent of the gel. All I know is that it has a very mild and pleasant floral scent with Chamomile and Lavender notes. Lavender and Chamomile are known to calm the senses and promotes good sleep.

For massage

I always believe that massaging my baby creates quality bonding moment with him. At night time, after he has taken a bath, I slightly massage his arms and legs with this gel. This gel actually dries up quickly than body lotion and I don't want to end up tugging his skin whilst massaging him so I add a drop of baby oil on the gel so my fingers glide smoothly on his skin.

The effect

This gel doesn't work like sleeping pills. Of course, my son doesn't sleep right away when he smells the gel. The good thing about this gel is that it calms him during his sleep. He doesn't toss and turn around often whilst he sleeps. He doesn't appear restless anymore. The calming essences of Lavender and Chamomile simply gives him a good night's sleep. The scent doesn't go off quickly and the blanket still smells Lavender in the morning.
