I love a new product, and having suffered from some very sleepless nights lately i was desperate to try something to help with my insomnia, now i'm actually taking 3 different types of medicaion at the moment, don't worry i'm not ill, but each day i can find myslef taking up to 8 pills a day, which help control my stress as well as my allergies, i also take triceratops and so wasn't really looking to have to try and remeber to take another pill, and having my bag seem like my own personal drug store i decided to go with something less invasive! Having sifted through Ciao for the answer i came ... more

Disclaimer: Before I begin, I want to say that this opinion is on one type of Johnson?s baby lotion ? the new ?bedtime lotion?. Please don?t read or rate it if you are not interested in the lotion or only this lotion!! Thanks!! To Begin I usually find it very difficult to get to sleep. For some reason, I tend to start stressing over everything as soon as my head hits the pillow! Consequently, I?m willing to try anything to get myself to sleep. I came across this new product accidentally in Boots recently and thought I would test it out. Spec This product is similar to the original Johnson?s ... more

Advantages Advantages relaxes baby ready for bed, smells nice, mum/dad and baby time

Disadvantages Disadvantages it doesnt actually help my toddler sleep

As many of you who read my reviews will know I have a little boy, A TODDLER! I use a lot of different baby products as I can not resist a bargain, if I see a baby product on offer I buy and try it. My latest attempt at getting my little boy to sleep through the night was to try baby massage, so when I saw Johnsons baby bedtime lotion on offer in my local sainsburys I decided to give it a go. The bottle is the usual Johnsons baby lotion shape but instead of pink it is a lovely lilac and white, it has the clinically proven mildness stamp and states that it is proven to help your baby sleep ... more

The mummy tried reading bedtime stories, singing songs and putting new toys with her baby. But nothing worked. The mummy felt she'd been flattened by a steam roller and the baby wasnt too happy. The mumy went to the shops to get some fresh air. Whilst she was in the chemist getting some pain killers to help her headache that had been ... more

Advantages Advantages it works a treat, smells great and is cheap

Disadvantages Disadvantages how addictive is this smell?

When i gave birth to my son, I received a free pack (The Bounty Pack for those in the know), which contained a free bottle of baby massage gel. I read up on how to do baby massage, and found that baby loved it. However, it didn't aid sleep and it was only when Adam was six months old that I found Johnston's Bedtime Bath worked. With this new-found knowledge, I decided to give the lotion a bash to see if it would be as successful. The lotion contains camomile and lavender, well known for aiding a restful nights sleep. The scent is gentle and unimpossing. In fact, its positively relaxing. So ... more
