The skin care market is such a confusing one now a days, with so many to choose from, a far cry from soap and water days. I have tried many cheap and expensive creams lotions and potions, and i think i have now hit on the best one for me.
After having a baby and having loads of baby products in the house i tried using johnsons baby lotion as a make up remover as my usual one had run out.
Using a small amount (about the size of a 50p) poured into the palm of my hand and smoothed over my face and neck, then wiped off using cotton wool.
It brought off every last trace of mascara, foundation and eyeshadow etc and left my skin feeling clean, smooth, soft and fresh, there was no need for a separate moisturising cream, as my face didn't feel tight after cleansing with baby lotion.
I now use baby lotion as a cleanser for my face as well as a moisturiser for all over body use.
I have noticed fewer spots and a healthier complexion. My boyfriend has also taken to using it as a pre shave, with a dramatic reduction in razor burn.
It is easily absorbed as a moisturiser, smells pretty pleasant too and is a great price. £1.79 for a large bottle
