Like any parent, I hoped my baby would not get nappy rash, and tried my best to stop it happening at all, but after playing on a beach she got sand in her nappy, and it made her little bottom very sore! I had received a sample of Johnson's Baby Nappy Rash Cream in my Bounty Pack, so, although I felt dubious about its "fast acting" claims, I thought I would try it. I was extremely impressed. It worked vey quickly. By the next day she was a lot less sore, and it had almost completely disappeard by the second day. I have used it since then if she has had any sore bits, and I'm really pleased with it. Just use a very small amount. It goes a long way, and spreads easily. It washes off your hands easily too. In fact, I haven't bought any yet, I'm still using the free sample!
