Paul Mitchell is a salon grade brand for haircare. Started by two friends more than 28 years ago and used widely in salons across the globe! Being the product junkie that I am I had to give this a go. The packaging is very simple white tube thingy it does feel good to know your paying for product over packaging. I bought a 300ml tube for 9 pounds from a local salon which is fairly reasonable as far as salon price tags go.
The blurb at the back says its for medium to coarse and chemically-treated hair. As the name suggests its a "detangler" type of conditioner one which is not necessarily formulated to give shine or add protein to reconstruct the hair shaft. before i start drying my hair a spray my hair with the leavein conditioner with an even coverage, then start to brush my hair, i really could feel the difference straight away, usually i find it very difficult to brush my hair especially at the back but open using this product when i brush my hair it just goes straight through the knots with great ease.
It smells lovely (well i think it does) it makes your hair smell clean if that makes any sense.
It leaves your hair feeling really soft and smooth but not fly away, and it gives it a real shine and because it is a spray it is not heavy and dosent leave your hair flat or greasy looking like some do.
After my daughter uses it she can wear her down because it reduces the frizz a lot, in fact she is forever using it, i always have go fetch it from her room.
I even use it on the twins ...
I'm one of those people who just can't be bothered to carefully shampoo twice, condition my hair, and fix it up with hair serum, straightening balm, wax, etc etc. The most effort I make is using a 2-in-1 shampoo and sticking some hair serum to flatten down flyaways.
I thought the answer would be this: Herbal Essences LeaveIn Conditioner. I could just spray some in after washing my hair, and voila, conditioned hair with none of the effort!

PACKAGING: It comes in a minty-pale green bottle, with a darker green pump spray. The writing is dark green, and there is a picture of some sort of flower on the front, in a circle. It looks cheap, and not at all impressive. What's worse is the writing is in Times New Roman, which I think looks quite common and unattractive! The bottle is quite bulky as well. It contains 200ml.
