Wot no fights!
Advantages Good rugby sim, lots of skills
Disadvantages No stamping, gouging, biting...
Jonah Lomu Rugby takes quite a bit of mastering, and requires a lot of dexterity in order to play the game well. Based around the 1995 World Teams, the game is enjoyable but not exactly addictive. The Classic Games scenarios are fun to play, although not easy to win. There are diverse weather conditions, and the wind can be an all important factor, and it tkaes time to master all the controls adequately. In order to successfully play the game, a six button joypad is necessary and it can take a few ritual humpings from Zimbabwe before you make any real kind of progress. Although the game is right in not encouraging violence, it is a shame that you can't have fights in the scrums, rake player's faces with your studs which are part and parcel of the game. Tackles are also not bone-shattering enough...
