A few weeks after i brought my HD TV i decided to get a HD cable after reading good reviews. I looked at the official one which was £19.99 in the shops which i thought was a bit expensive. I asked the guy behind the counter if there was any difference betwwen the Joytech cable and the official xbox one and he said no. So i brought the Joytech cable and It is great. The picture quality improved hugely, and it works absoultely perfectly. I also saved around £8 by choosing this cable instead of the offical xbox one which was a bonus. My friend has the offical xbox cable and there is absolutely no difference in picture quality at all. Overall a must buy if you have a HD TV, and a money saver.
