When I heard about this game being released i was looking forward to another brilliant racing car game. But once you've played it you realise that is doesnt have the same feel to it as your other great racing games like pgr and forza motorsports. The game has great ideas with racing in diffrent cities like London, Rome and Sydney, with night racing and plenty of nos. But when your driving it seems like the cars acceleratring slow and the handling is poor.
I like the career mode where you have to work your way up in the ranks leagues but one of the most annoying things about this game is the loading times it takes forever to load.
Theres a good race mode in last man standing where you can spook your opponents by driving close to them then a meter fills and it puts pressure on them and they can spin out can make mistakes. There are pink slip races - betting your car then racing each other, winner takes all! There are also drift races, i enjoyed drifting around the bottom of the effiel tower. You can also tune up and customize your cars appearence. Theres also an online career.
The gameplay gets boring after a while as theres not much of a challenge. Theres plenty of things on the game to do. The graphics are quite good with nice detail to the cars and backround but the music on the game gets irritating after a few races.
There are 60 achievements in this game. Its a game for those who like to tune up and design their cars but if you like serious racing then pgr and forza motorsports are the best games for you.
