...went out and bought this Kenwood juice extractor. I paid about £25 for it at Argos, which I though was a bargain at the time considering that it was selling for up to £35 elsewhere. Very dissapointed in this machine, I chose an all in one smoothie, juicer and citrus juicer as I knew I would be using it a lot. Starting with the smoothie maker/blender. Unless you add a lt of liquid the fruit sticks to the sides and will not blend, the great pokey thing they supply with it does not reach the sides, I know it has to keep away from the blades but it is that high it is useless. the tap then glogs with thick smothies or unblended fruit. ...

I recieved this kenwood juicer for my 21st birthday this year and i love it! i have been raving to all my friends about keeping healthy and it is such a great way to get portions of fruit and vegetables. The fruit takes a very short time to prepare, all you have to do is peel anything with a skin (oranges bananas etc.), chop into chunks that fit the inlet at the top and juice away. All parts of this juicer are easy to empty and can go straight into the dishwasher, you can either empty the left over pulp into the bin or use it in cooking for things like pies or sauces. Kenwood are a very good company for their build quality, i have bought many things from them and come to expect high standards, however this juicer does not seem to meet them. It's dual function makes it better than most of the competition, but quite frankly it doesnt work. The juice is great and it is very powerful so ti does the job pretty quick, but i seemed to be loosing almost all of the juice down the side, leaving a horrible mess and wasting ...
