How do you get juice out of a banana?

Advantages: not too acidic, not too sweet, tastes best chilled, interesting flavour
Disadvantages: wouldn't suit mixers, not particularly "sharp" flavour, high in sugar

Advantages: not too acidic, very drinkable, works well with ice

Breakfast with William . . . oh, and that apple

Advantages: well blended, naturally sweet juice, different flavour to plain apple juice
Disadvantages: quite high in sugar, not necessarily a budget buy (unless on offer)
