KAM Aqua Colour Lighting Effect

Advantages: Effects, Kill switches, XLR input, Balanced outputs.
Disadvantages: Distortion with effects, Inaccurate EQs.

...Not a bad mixer however the EQs are too sharp and not very accurate, the sound quality is not great and when i use the flanger it distorts the bass heavily, i have to counteract this by lowering the bass when in use. The effects sound alright but they are not as functional as i'd like. What I mean by this is you simply turn them on/off and they run a cycle as opposed to manual effects. The kill switches are very useful however i tend not to use them because most mixers in clubs don't have them and I don't want to come reliant on them. BPM counters are ridiculous, I hate them. Reason 1: An experienced DJ will not use them. Reason 2: Beginners shouldn't pick up bad habits. Reason 3: They are not accurate. The optical Fader is great and will never need replacing! ...these are the best decks around i should know. my boyfriend is a dj and he goes by the name of dj flux . the technics are not on a belt drive like the kam decks . the mechanically run. if you want to buy these new from any djing catalogue the lowest price is £700. this may seem a lot but they are the best. every club in the uk uses these decks so if you want to work in a club then you have to get used to these decks.any serious dj should invest in these decks.... ...Jumping on brightly coloured metal boxes is good work if you can get paid for it, I don’t I do it for fun.
