When tired, stressed and run down I suffer from psoriasis on my scalp as well as a little bit of dandruff. My scalp becomes extremely dry, itcy and flaky especially across my hair line which I think is a combination of the two nasty skin conditions. Whatever it actually is, it is most unpleasant to the eye and very uncomfortable when it begins to itch!
Bemoaning my ailments to my Mum, who is always a good ear to 'bleat' on to, she got me some of this KMS Daily Fixx Dandruff Shampoo and within 2 washes, my dry, flaky, itchy scalp is no more!!

I have only ever been able to buy KMS hair care products from my hairdresser. Please correct me if I'm wrong but up here in the NE of England I've never seen them in shops like Boots or Superdrug etc........

I was recommended this shampoo by my hairdresser because she said it would help keep my highlights looking fresh. I have used several 'purple' shampoos before and have found them all to be drying on my hair.
I paid around £10 for a 300ml bottle.
The packaging is quite plain, just a white triangular shaped bottle with a purple lid, looks quite cool on your bathroom shelf! It has a small flip lid so there is no worry of pouring out to much and wasting any.
It has quite a menthol smell to it and the consistency of the shampoo is quite different from other shampoos I have used before. The best way to describe it is gluey. I found it easier to massage between my hands first to distribute it better. I would advise people to be careful as the shampoo can 'slip' out of your hand and go flying down the plughole!

I have been quite a big fan of KMS products ever since my hairdresser introduced them to me.
I bought this product last year, having been abroad for four days in intense heat I came back with hair like straw. Knowing that I was going away again, I bought this on the advice of the pro and how glad I was to have had it!
