Very little about his personal and family life
"...the carriage procession of the Kaiser at his daughter's wedding in 1913, which the caption misinforms us was on 21 March. It was actually 24 May (a significant family date, as it would have been Queen Victoria's birthday). This is the kind of slip which suggests that the author is historian first and biographer only second. I might also add that the pictures are rather poor quality, and it might have been better to omit them altogether. ..."
