You should never stop taking any medication that has been prescribed by you G.P. to start taking this herbal tablet
If you feel you suffer from Insomnia or Sleep Apnoea, you should always seek medical advice from your G.P about this matter.
NEVER TAKE THIS MEDICATION WITHOUT CONSULTING A DOCTOR OR PHARMACIST FIRST.
I am not in anyway saying that this product will work for everybody I am just stating how it has helped me.

Sleep is something the body needs to recharge our body batteries, it think is the easiest way to put it. It gives out body muscles a chance to relax and loosen down and as our body rests, it is able to build up additional resources ready to have a back up supply from our food intake to run our body for the next day.

How Sleeplessness Can Affect People

Sleeplessness is also commonly known as insomnia and can have different ways of showing out in different people.
You may have difficultly in falling asleep at night for no apparent reason.
