She said she wasn't, but that she knew a lot of people who had tried it and lost weight without any real effort.

When I asked her how much, exactly, she could have knocked me down with a feather. As anyone who reads my reviews regularly will know, I am constantly fighting a losing battle to lose weight. Over the past few years my waistline (not to mention my bottom and hips) are slowly on the increase and the plain truth is that I have become a little desperate to find that instant 'miracle cure' which will allow me to fit back into the many clothes I have hanging in my wardrobe but am no longer able to fit into.
My teenage daughter swans around our house, dressed in her skimpy little cut off tops and skinny jeans, and this only serves to make me feel worse (and fatter) than I do already. My friend regularly uses a local tanning salon in town and she told me recently that they are selling a new 'slimming wonder product' called Kaloss Trimmers. Apparently, this new slimming aid is selling out very fast, as hundreds of women are flocking to salons all over the country to snap them up. My friend harped on about the virtues of this new wonder product for so long that I asked her if she was on commission. She said she wasn't, but that she knew a lot of people who had tried it and lost weight without any real effort.
Always a bit gullible as far as this kind of thing goes, I asked her if she could pick me some up next time she went for her weekly tanning session. She said she would need the money 'upfront' as they are expensive. When I asked her how much, exactly, she could have knocked me down with a feather. Apparently, they do 'daytime' and 'night time' pills, each costing a different (but shocking) amount of money. £37.00 for 60 of the 'daytime' variety and £25 for the same amount of the night time ones!! I asked her to wait a bit until I'd checked out exactly what they were and to see if I could find out anything about them on the Internet.
Looking into them more closely, I discovered that they are basically a herbal dietary supplement and contain a lot of so-called 'natural' ingredients. I could find no 'nasties' in the ingredient list and that they are made up of vitamin E, zinc, Royal Jelly, Ginger Root, Nettle Leaf, Bee Pollen, Ginseng and Caffeine. The ingredients are said to work together in your body to naturally speed up your energy levels by producing more heat. Side effects were listed at the bottom as being possible shakiness and abdominal pain. They are unsuitable for pregnant women although I cannot imagine why anyone who is pregnant would want/need to take these), diabetics or anyone who is allergic to shellfish.
I decided there was no reason for me not to give them a try so I asked her to get me some next time she was in town and duly parted with £62 in cash. Two days later my friend presented me with my herbal 'wonder pills' and I couldn't wait to try them. I read the instructions and found that I was meant to take two of the daytime pills every day for two weeks and a night time one just before retiring to bed for the evening. You are advised to take them for three weeks and then have one week without taking any at all, and so on, until the desired amount of weight is lost. I started the following day and have been taking them now for almost three weeks. To date I have lost a total of nine pounds in weight but I have to say that I don't feel particularly good.
My weight loss is noticeable (to me, at least) and I am able to fit into some of the clothes in my wardrobe I haven't been able to wear for a little while but still have a long way to go. The downside of these drugs are the side effects. I did not consult with my GP beforehand, but perhaps in hindsight I should have done. I have noticed a definite change in my bowel habits and I believe it has started up my old problem with IBS. I do sufferer from stomach cramps almost on a daily basis but perhaps the worst side effect is the jitteriness. I do feel as 'high as a kite' most days, but the upside I that my energy levels have increased dramatically. My house has never been as clean as it is now! I regularly come in from work and then set about cleaning the house from top to bottom, whereas before it was all I could do to make a cup of tea before I slumped in the chair in front of the TV after a day at the office!
It's my understanding that these drugs contain only 'natural' ingredients but I do worry a little about how they may be affecting me longer-term. I have also noticed that I am waking earlier and finding it a little difficult to drop off at night. My husband also says that I have become a little snappy with him and my daughter and that I am 'on edge' most of the time. Personally, I haven't noticed this but the shaking is starting to worry me now so I am thinking that I might just ease off them a bit and see if I am able to control my weight/eating habits without them.
Personally, I would only recommend these tablets if you are really desperate to lose a lot weight and are in good health. It is also advisable to consult with your GP beforehand, and if I'm honest, the reason I chose not to is probably because I think he would have advised against taking them. Yesterday I took my last one and today I still feel a little unwell but hopefully once they get out of my system I will feel a lot better. To me they were worth it, as they 'kick started' my diet and they have given me the incentive I needed to go on and try to lose more weight on my own. They are very expensive, fairly hard to get hold of, but if you are desperate to shift a lot of weight and need to kick start your diet, then possibly they are worth it!!
Kaloss Trimmers are a dietary herbal supplement that comes in 2 varieties.
The big tub is 150 tablets for day time use and costs around £35-40. The second is a night time version to be taken shortly before bed time, the tub contains 60 tablets and costs around £20-25.
The day time variety can also be purchased as a trial, 12 tablets for around £5.
The Trimmers contain only natural ingredients, such as Vitamin E,Zinc, Guarana, Cocoa Powder, Bee ... ...have been fine with these, but it is something to think about before taking these Trimmers.
So if you wish to loose a few pounds quickly for the summer, to fit into the new bikini maybe?! Try the Kaloss Trimmers, I am sure that you will not regret it. ...

They cost around £30 for 150 day time capsules and i take 2 a day, i also take 2 at night and a pack of 60 costs around £17. Both packs last between 2 and 3 months each.
The only side effects I have had is feeling a little shaky at times as they do contain gingsing and caffeine. I just make sure i drink loads of water when taking them and this helps.
They are ment to work by making your ... ...uses up calories. And no it doesn't make you feel hot, people tend to ask me this.
I reached my ideal weight and got back in my size 12's within 5 months. I now take 1 daytime tablet a day and one at night. Before a holiday or special occasion i take two of each.
They don't taste of anything, but because they are herbal they smell a little funny, so i suggest you don't smell them before taking!!!
My advice would be that you really research these ...

Whilst i was working in a local tanning solarium part time i was constantly seeing all the women come in not only for sunbeds but for these crazy slimming pills!! ive always been the type of girl to give these sort of 'crazes' a try but always been a bit sceptical on slimming pills! but........i decided to give them a try! i paid the full price of £25 for them and were to last me up to 6 weeks. The first day i took 1 in the morning, lunchtime and ... ...it says on the label. i followed this routine for about 3 days and after speaking to my area manager one day she said to try taking 2 2 times a day, so i did........well after this i discovered a few side effects!! ive never took speed before but from what i have read about it it felt like i was on it!!!! i was constantly on the move, didnt want to eat and ended up just drinking coffee!! and before you ask yes i did lose weight. i went from 12 stone ...

After reading the previous two reviews about this product I decided that I simply must try them. As anyboby who has read some of my previous reviews may know, i'm trying to lose weight for my wedding next year.
They are a bit pricey, it cost me £52 from www.care4yourskin.com but that's for 150 daytime capsules and 60 night capsules. The guidelines state that you should take 2 daytime capsules each day and 1 night capsule so there is nearly 3 months ... ...night ones. They also suggest that you take them on a 5 - 6 days on 1 -2 off cycle. They contain majorly natural ingredients as far as i can tell; Daytime consist of - Guarana extract, Sida Cordifolia extract, Siberian Ginseng, Ginger Root, Nettle Leaf, Gota Kola, Spiruulina, Astragalus, Garlic, Citrus Aurantium extract, Vitamin E, Zinc Amino Acid Chelate & Chromium Polynicotinate.
Night capsules consist of - L-Arginine & L-Ornithine.

I have just started taking Kaloss Trimmers Day Time. I purchased a bottle of 28 tables which should last me a week. You are supposed to take 2 tablets around 10am and then 2 tablets around 3pm. You are advised not to take them after 3pm as they can give you trouble sleeping. There are two reasons why I decided to try these, well three really:
1. I need to lose weight. I am the heaviest I have ever been and my new Healthy Heart tape measure is yelling ... ...health problems" area. I need to lose weight for self-confidence too. 2. Secondly, I have read many reviews which say that they do suppress your appetite. That's great! I eat like a child - junk food, crisps, chocolate etc. and only eat sensibly when I am cooking for my better half. 3. The energy! I feel like I want to run everywhere! They have given me more energy.
