Advantages helps you breath more easily when suffered up, nice and fresh
Disadvantages a little pricey

My boys always seem to have colds no matter what the weather is like. Of course it is worse in winter and hearing your little one suffer while they try and sleep with a stuffy nose isn’t nice. When I was little I was a Vicks vapor child and can remember quite clearly my mum rubbing it on my chest and saying that will unblock your nose, never mind that it used to make my eyes water but it worked just as mum said it would. Advantages a light decongestant which works
Disadvantages none

I remember that when I was a child and I was feeling poorly with a cold my mum would always do the usual rubbing vicks vapour rub on to my chest and things but she would also always dot some karvol liquid from the capsules on to my pillow and things and I absolutely loved the smell of it! When my son was a baby and developed his first cold one of the first products I bought was the karvol capsules which I had remembered from my childhood. Advantages Works extremely well, can be used on young children all the way up to adults, lovely smell
Disadvantages None really, aside from the fact it has stained a couple of items over the years

Any mum has just gotta love Karvol. I've been using these clever little capsules since my eldest was a baby; they're a godsend when any of my children are ill and are definitely a product I'm loyal to, as soon as one box is almost finished I buy another so there is a constant supply of Karvol in the medicine cabinet. Specially designed to be used to treat children, the capsules contain a heady mix of pine, menthol and eucalyptus oils. Advantages Safe to use for all ages over 3 months old, effective and the vapour action starts to work instantly.

When you see a pack of Karvol Decongestant Capsules in the chemist you would probably think that it is only for infants and small children and who could blame you as the packaging is a bit on the mis-leading side. When you look at the pack it shows a baby and a young girl sleeping, with the words for children and babies from 3 months. If you look a little closer to all the information regarding dosage and uses it would then be clear that it can be used for anyone over the age of 3 months, yes that includes babies, children, adults and the elderly. Advantages Simple to use, work well, work fast, long lasting relief allowing me to sleep better.
Disadvantages None.

When I am suffering from a blocked nose I often use vapour rub to help me breathe better and another item that I use, particularly when trying to sleep at night is these Karvol decongestant capsules. I try to always keep a box of these in my medicine cupboard as when I am suffering from a blocked nose, which seems to be more frequently since an operation on my face and jaw last year, there is nothing worse for me than trying to sleep and failing.
