i'd gone back to biking 3 years ago after a 10 year absence, what bike to get i wondered nothing to big,a 1989 zxr400h caught my eye in the MCN. after a hour drive to look at it ,a quick ride and i was hooked, money was exchanged and i road it back home,a chicken in the saddle of a bike that could handle corners with ease, accelerate to upset many a new car driver,an old G reg leaving me behind! they must think to themselves. 3 years on and no real problems except the battery, starts first time, go for a blat for half an hour, stop for a stretch of the legs(being 6ft 2 doesn't help)and the thing doesn't want to start, impossible to bump start! anyway the zxr400 is a fantastic bike and seems to be looked down on from other larger bike owners, why i don't know its still a proper bike, with big bike looks and near the same performance without the big bike insurance etc.
