Advantages: Lots of choice and well known brands, colourful catologue, quick delivery, next day delivery, can return items if they don't fit
Disadvantages: Goods on average cost a lot more, popular items go out of stock quickly

I have been with Kays for three years now. They are a good company and are very busy especially at Christmas. The main benefit is browsing the colourful pages at your leisure. Brands available are the top named brands ranging from electrical goods to clothing. These include: Nike, Playboy, Miss Sixty and Dyson. I am very impressed with their service. I bought a Dyson vac and paid £250 which included breakdown cover. I hadn't had the vac a year before ...
...time and didn't have my cover paper to hand. I was put through to customer services and I managed to get the telephone number to call Dyson. Very impressive because Dyson came three days later. The only real disadvantage is that the prices are more expensive than high street stores. Despite this I still shop with them for convenience. Disadvantages: delivery dates are inexact on an average of 3 days

.... Also beware of ordering appliances do not order them from kays if they are needed urgently as they have a tendency of being delayed or lost in transit. In case you dont already know kays, great universal ,abound and choice etc are all the same cataloques/company they all were supposed to change to kays lifestyle , great essentials and choice for you but instead they have been doubled into separate catalogues the new ones are at least 10% cheaper buy you get less promotions/and no cashback. Marshal ward,and additions direct are also part of the same group but you cannot spread the cost interest free over 20/40 weeks with these and thier interest rate are ridiculous. overall Kays is my 2nd favourate catalogue (empire stores trumps) but in order the get the best from it, it takes you to be well informed. ...I have been a Kays customer for about 18 months and do all my shopping online at either kays.com (formerly kays.net) or their sister site kayslifestyle.co.uk. KAYS LIFESTYLE: This is the new sister site to kays.com where you can find some Kays products at cheaper prices. Originally I understood this to be a perk for existing Account Holders which seemed like a reasonable idea, until I found that anyone can use the site to make purchases by credit/debit card, as with the main website. This therefore, defeats the whole purpose of the site as far as I am concerned. Why have 2 websites showing the same products at 2 different prices? You can't even get the whole range on the new site and those that are on there they are often the same price as on kays.com, though some are cheaper.
