I have been shopping with kays for about four years now and have found no faults as yet. Kays are a home shopping company who are part of GUS shopping and you will find the catalogue choice almost identical as are owned by the same group. They bring out two catalogues a year spring /summer and autumn /winter for which there is no charge.

Kays of a wide range of products for you the family and the home, categories include;
Mens/womens/kids clothing
Home furnishings such as three-piece suites and microwaves
Gardening products like lawnmowers
Children’s toys (mainly in the autumn/winter catalogue
Mobile phones and other consumer electronics

Kays have an interest free option, a buy now pay later option (which gets me every time) and also a free returns service. They do not charge for a missed or late payment but obviously if this occurs frequently then future orders may be held/refused.

They offer an excellent payment protection plan, which costs £1 on top of your monthly balance and covers the normal things like sickness and if you die.
They also have next day delivery for an extra fee. You can pay monthly by direct debit or at a post office or bank and you receive a monthly statement every 28 days.

The best thing about kays is their rewards scheme, which offers you £1 back for every ten pounds you pay or £1.25 back towards goods from the catalogue. Your cash back is sent by cheque and they don’t like to pay out under a fiver at a time.

The Website
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The website has been around for about 3 years now and it just as easy to shop online as it is phoning a representative. You can browse all their products and check your account (you have to order a password to do this) you can also make payments online using a debit/credit card. There are also competitions online and also a chance to order their special supplements ie; baby catalogue and home furnishings. The address is www.kaysnet.com
All in all I would recommend to anyone to try Kays they aim at all ages and it’s a good way to spread the cost of those bigger purchases. The only thing to say against them is that I have found their products slightly more expensive than high street retailers but I guess it’s the price you pay for the convenience!
When I first read the title I thought this was an opinion for drug addicts who like catalogue shopping ;)
