I have just recently purchased some gardening and greenhouse items from Keengardener and I was so impressed with the service I felt I needed to share it with other like-minded shoppers and gardeners!
I shall start off with the website itself www.keengardener.co.uk which has a very simple layout and categorizes the products along the left hand menu. This is always visible and means it's easy to look at different products without having to click too ... ...a big sale banner on the home page so it seems their offers change regularly which is good to see. When I bought my greenhouse heater, there was an offer of a free thermometer which made it very worthwhile. I also bought a bird table, some hand tools, and some gloves. All were the best prices I could find. After ringing the office, the kind gentleman informed me all the items I wanted were in stock and I could get them the next day. I placed my order ...
