I am following the boots diet at the moment and I am having the same problem I have on all diets..... I love sweet foods!! I have tried so many "healthy option" snacks which I do not enjoy. When I was looking for something new to try I found the Special K mini breaks original box and they were on offer in Sainsburys 2 for £3 so I popped two boxes in my basket! Special K mini breaks are great snacks to have at hand that can really help you to stay focussed on attempting to be healthy whilst being ble to have a tasty and enjoyable snack. They are available in several flavours including chocolate and 'original'. They come in small packets a bit like a smal packet of crisps.
