Advantages: Tastier than most decaffs Disadvantages: Still not as tasty as real coffee
....56 for a 100g jar. A 200g jar was also available at £4.98.
The product came in a distinctive glass jar with a twist of green plastic lid and a gold and green label. In the interests of product security, there was also a sealed paper lid to prevent any tampering.
The coffee itself was very different to most others on the market. It came in the form of granules but these were almost crystalline in structure due, I assume, to Kencos policy of freezedrying their coffee in order to retain the flavour. The colour was a lot lighter than its counterparts bearing more comparison with say caramel than the plain chocolate nature of the rest. There was also a lovely, fresh smell about the product which made me eager to try it.
So I prepared a cup with no sugar (so as not to disguise the taste), the usual hot water and a splash of milk and sat down to give...

Advantages: Not bitter, inexpencive and widely available. Disadvantages: Not fair trade.
...WHAT IS KENCO REALLY SMOOTH?
Kenco brought out this freezedriedcoffee at the same time as “Really Rich” and “Really Dark”. The three products seem to be designed for different strengths of coffee. For example you would assume that the “Rich” would be the strongest, and “Smooth” the weakest, in which case I would prefer the rich one being a STRONG coffee lover. However as my partner prefers weaker coffee, I brought one of Rich and one of the Smooth, just to be nice! Surprisingly I preferred the Smooth one.

Advantages: Nice taste. Nice aroma. High quality Disadvantages: A tad more expensive than some other brands
...Today Kenco Instant Coffee is owned and produced by Kraft Jacobs Suchard but theorigins of KencoCoffee Company goes back to 1923,when it was established by a co-operative of Kenya coffee growers, in order to distribute high quality coffee beans to Great Britain. They set up a popular coffee shop in Sloane Square and founded a mail order firm, John Gardner (London) Limited,to supply the increasing number of hotels and restaurants in London.
In 1987 Kenco was bought by Kraft Foods to form the largest ground coffee company in the UK. Among the products introduced were the Superior Quality blend of quality freeze-dried instant coffee, the Rich Dark Roast Instant Coffee and in 1999 Kenco Rappor instant coffee was launched.
In the year 2000 Kenco introduced their Purely Organic Instant Coffee brand which I have yet to try.
I find both...

This is another miracle product from Mario Badescu. I used to suffer from very bad spots, but then I came across this, and, because of the reviews that celebs gave it, I decided to buy it.
Packaging: This is packaged in quite a boring bottle, clear,... more
