I didn’t fancy any of that really cheap coffee. Some coffee just taste and smell’s like dishwater. I just don’t see the point of those.
While looking on the shelf at Safeway, I noticed a large jar with a mainly dark red label. It had a swirl of bright red and blue down the centre of it and the word ‘Rappor’ right across it, under this ... ...something cheaper but this was Kenco and I hadn’t tried it before. As I looked closer I noticed a gold band across the top saying “ Big value 300g jar for only £2.99.
I didn’t see any markings suggesting that this should be a special offer either. I wondered what it could taste like. After all it is quite cheap but it is Kenco. I decided there was only one way to find out and put it in my trolley.
When I first opened the jar, I took a nice long ...

Advantages: Excellent taste and inexpensive Disadvantages: None
...description is spot on. Kenco have got it right.
I have to say, I first came across it quite by accident one day. I'd run out of coffee late at night and the only place that was still open close to where I live was the local offlicence (also doubling as the corner shop).
Since that day, its always had a place on my shopping list. Its no more expensive than any other ordinary ground coffee - my last jar was on offer for £3.67 for 300g - bargain, ... ...a rich, vivid, red colour - very bright and attractive and I think it gives the impression of a much more expensive product than it actually is.
Ten out of ten Kenco for aroma, taste and style. Kenco Rappor really is real coffee. I'd recommend it to anyone! ...

...happens to also be called Kenco Rappor. It has a good flavour and is excellent value for money. The problem only seems to arise when there is some sort of special sweet on offer, in this instance I feel instant coffee is not quite good enough for the occassion. The answer lies in the name Kenco Rappor ground coffee. It superior taste and aroma are a most excellent compliment to my special dessert.
If you are not familiar with the rating system used ... ...the strongest and most rich. kenco rappor falls into the 3 catagory which is probably the most popular. Being in the middle of the ratings does not mean the quality is inferior it simply means the Coffee beans have been blended to give that particular flavour. In this case the flavour is strong and rich. The dark coloured coffee is very slightly bitter with a very dark and mysterious taste. This is strongly accompanied by the most georgeous smell ...

...would write to you about kenco rappor because after all the Alcohol I have drunk this week a nice cup of this coffee will surely wake up the senses again.
Kenco rappor by far is the cheapest fine coffee in the shops today
Ranging from £1.50 to £2.50 in price for a 100g jar depending on where you buy yours. This coffee outrivals all the other coffees around the same price in my opinion, which quite frankly taste wishy washy and cheap and not as ... ...of the swirl is the kenco logo which gives the drinker the feel of a lovely hot cup of coffee with the word kenco made to look like a steaming cup of coffee to maybe entice the drinker to treat themselves almost encouraging people to take a nice well deserve coffee break. Then through the middle of the swirl Rappor is written in thick white letters maybe to symbolize milk or cream, and then to top off this simple but very nice label underneath the ...

Advantages: QUICK Disadvantages: NOT ALWAYS THE SAME
...WHEN I FIRST TRYED KENCORAPPOR, I THOUGH I WAS IN HEAVEN, IT REALLY DID HAVE A REAL COFFEE TASTE, SMOOTH AND RICH, GOOD COLOUR, AND GREAT AROMOR, AND OF COURSE ALL AT A GREAT PRICE. tHE SECOND JAR WAS THE SAME AND THE THIRD. BUT THEN IT ALL CHANGED THE SMELL HAD GONE, THE TASTE DISSAPEARED, AND WHAT HAPPENED TO THE COLOUR, SHEAR DISSAPOINTMENT, HAD THEY CHANGED THE BEANS? I WROTE TO KENCO BUT TO THIS DAY I HAVE HAD NO REPLY, BUT I HADN'T GIVEN UP HOPE AND BROUGHT ANOTHER JAR, AND TO MY AMAZMENT THE MEMORYS OF MY FIRST TRY ALL CAME FLOODING BACK IT WAS GREAT, BUT AGAIN ON THE NEXT JAR IT WAS AGAIN GONE. IT HAS LEFT ME WONDERING IF KENCORAPPOR IS MADE OF LEFT OVERS FROM OTHER COFFEE PRODUCTS ALL THROWN IN TOGETHER, SOMETIMES YOU MAYBE LUCKY AND END UP WITH AN EXPENSIVE COFFEE AND OTHER TIMES YOU END UP WITH A BASIC COFFEE ??...

Advantages: You can smell the coffee. Disadvantages: The more I drink the more I want.
...Anyone that knows me or has read my ten things I couldn’t live without will know that I cant live without my coffee. It is my children’s savior because without it I’m evil. Seriously head spinning fangs showing the whole works. So I need a good coffee. One that even after adding milk you can still taste the coffee. I like to be able to smell the coffee as I’m making it and you can do this with KencoRappor. I’ve tried lots of brands in an attempt to find the right taste from cheap nasty stuff to expensive sour stuff.
KencoRappor is an instant coffee, which comes in a square jar with a bright red lid for normal coffee and with a green lid for decaffeinated with Kenco embossed on it. The jar has KencoRappor on the front of the label and has all the relevant information address, e-mail address and a free...

Advantages: Full, rich taste Disadvantages: A bit on the expensive side
...When I was at home, my mum always used to buy Nescafe Classic, or the bog standard jars of Maxwell House. When I came to university, suffice to say, coffee had its uses, but I used to stick with the old brands that I was used to. For one, they were pretty cheap (unless you go right to the bottom end of the market, but there are some things even students don't do).
One day, I made coffee for myself and my friends, and it was greeted with absolute disgust by one of them. When questioned as to what was wrong, the answer was simply "this stuff is foul". I asked what he expected, and he suggested that next time, I try some of his KencoRappor.
I did, and I was completely blown away.
KencoRappor has a full, thick flavour which would be better off compared to perculated or cafetiere coffees. The aroma is enough to make your mouth water...
