Kensington Ci70LE Wireless Mouse
In terms of design the mouse and its colours and pattern feature on top of it make it look very cool, however it appears to be an odd shape and a little bit big. Perhaps if you have huge hands then this might just be the perfect mouse for you but I myself prefer smaller more compact mouse's as opposed to big clumsy ones.
It is however quite a nice red colour which is a colour you don't really see much in mouse's so if you have a laptop that is partially this colour or a pc that's this colour then perhaps this would suit it. The receiver is also in this red colour too which is nice to see as it matches quite well. I'm not sure it's a colour I like that much however it does make a change to the boring silver or black mouse and it does funk up your desktop a little.
The wireless signal can reach a quite normal 1.5 meters which is more than you need most the time however it cant be used for home theatre systems and around a living room like a lot of the longer signals moue's can. While in this range it never goes out and you always have good connectivity just like you would with a normal USB cable mouse.
It has three buttons, the left the right and a tilted scroll wheel that can be pressed in. this is great and I never buy a mouse anymore if it doesn't't have one of these, altogether it looks like a very neat modern mouse.
Installation is easy, you simply plug the receiver into your laptop pc or Mac and you put batteries into the mouse and make sure the on switch is flicked. Within a few second it picked it up however with some computers and especially old ones you might have to follow a set up mode to install the new software, however this isn't usually necessary and you can usually start using your mouse straight away.
Altogether its quite a good mouse, it is a little big though and probably wouldn't't be best used with a laptop as you wouldn't't really want to transport it anywhere however if your got a desktop and you want a sturdy mouse then this could be good for you.
