You can always use a little more space on your desktop. Kensington presents two media organizers that also double as handy speaker stands. QuickTrieve for multimedia offers a convenient and attractive way to store all popular media such as CDs, zip disks, 3.5" diskettes, and more. QuickTrieve for zip disks offers similar functionality but is designed specially for zip disks. Both storage units offer distinctive styling, and are topped by a cushioned pad to hold your desktop speakers up and out of the way. QuickTrieve for multimedia and QuickTrieve for zip disks organize your media for fast, easy access.
Advantages: Noise, Speed Disadvantages: Can't think of anything.
...I came across this a week ago, and was taken in by the capacity and low-noise level. It seemed perfect for installing into a media center PC. Media Center boxes for a lounge need to have plenty of space for recording tv shows, whilst being quiet as to not interrupt the movies.
This hard-drive gives you the best of both worlds. 400Gb - an abundance of storage. (Ideal for ripping your entire music collection onto it) or for movies and downloaded tv episodes.
You're probably wondering what the difference is between this and the other 400Gb drives on the market, and this one is quietly leading the way. Top performance, with whisper quiet acoustics.
My verdict - buy one today....

Advantages: Cool name (Mouse in a box \m/) Disadvantages: Not as good as the ValuMouse, no scroll wheel
...So I sit at like the fourth PC I've been on over the past few days in my uni library, and come across yet a different mouse, this one again by Kensington. The same Kensington that have arguable made the greatest budget mouse of all time in the ValuMouse, but does "The mouse in the box" rival it's brother in arms.
The look similar, both white, mouse shaped, 2 buttons, kensington written across above the buttons, but thats where the looks end.
Well the first difference between the two it that this mouse is longer by about an inch and it's less "fat", so I'm guessing it was a basketball playing mouse before it retired to the desk job it now serves. This may seem trivial but it really doesn't fit the hand anywhere near as well as the Valumouse. The second difference design wise is both buttons have grooves on them but they don't feel...

Advantages: Reads 6 Different Cards! PRICE! Disadvantages: None
...£4.97! Yes you heard me correct ladies and gentleman. You can wave your twenty pound notes at me you can even wave a ten pound at me and still get change!
When it comes to technology everyone knows us Brits pay too us. Something you find in one shop will be a different price in another.
Kensington really have done themselves proud. Being an I.C.T student I really need to access my files quickly. Before I got the 6 In 1 reader I would have to unplug USB cables and install drivers.
Not anymore. If you want to read a Compact Flash, card type I, II, IBM Microdrive, SmartMedia Card, SecureDigital, MultiMedia Card, MemoryStick there's only one thing you need..... Kensington Mini Card Reader!
Just pop your card and in and within seconds your have your data up on screen. I love the fact I don't need to install anything (apart from setting up...
