I purchased this double oven after years of not having enough room to cook christmas dinner in my old oven. This oven is great as the bottom oven is very large, this christmas we managed to fit a turkey to feed 6 plus potatoes in the bottom oven, and has several shelfs that can be placed at different levels. The top oven is also large enough to put large items in, such as a large joint of meat, or two trays of potatoes. The grill is very good for cooking meats such as chicken breasts and fish. It cooks the meat at the same temperature right the way through. Having the double oven means that you can cook Meat at one temperture in the top and the potatoes etc in the bottom at a different temperture. Great if you are cooking a large meal and things need to be on dramatically different heats, or something needs to be cooked from the top and the other brom the bottom. The ovens both offer different types of cooking methods such as cooking from the top if something needs browning on top, cooking from the bottom as frozen food often cooks quicker on the top, and the all round heat which is brilliant for cooking meats the same all the way through. Cleaning is very easy with this Oven. The inside wipes clean after every use, and even when I have spilt something in there I have managed to get it off easily. The outside I tend to give a quick wipe over with baby oil once a week, which stops any finger markes. Has great timers, though the alarm could be a bit louders, as well as being able to set the oven to turn itself on at a certain time ( great if you want food for when you get in from the gym.) It looks very expensive and stylish, but is very well priced. The handles have a very modern look and match a lot of the new modern Kitchen units. The dials are matt silver and so finger markes are kept at bay with this style. Alot of my friends have commented on how good it looks and that it looks very expensive.
I have had my Kenwood breadmaker for about 4 months and I have to say that I have been very pleased with it.
I had looked at the more expensive breadmakers but decided on the Kenwood as I have other Kenwood products which Im very happy with.
