Advantages: Reliable, perfect deep frying

...I have tried many deep fat fryers over the years, in fact it's become a bit of a thing because I won't settle for one that doesn't do the job properly. I have found that they either cook the food too quickly, therefore it is dark brown before it's even cooked, or they are temperamental and I have had to adjust the temperature accordingly. I was about to give up when I happened to be watching Ideal World, a new Shopping Channel - at least, new to us as we are with NTL - and I saw a Kenwood Deep Fat Fryer, the DF650 Total Clean. As I love watching anything that demonstrates cooking pots and the like - yes, I know, how sad is that? - I sat and watched the demonstration. As they fried one thing after another I began to become more and more interested. The foods were coming out golden brown each time. Not only that, but it was so easy... Read review
