Samsung C3050
This is a relatively new phone on the market, being released around February this year. I've had this phone since May, so I have been using it for a reasonable amount of time and have a good idea on all of the features and reliability.
Looks
The phone has the usual Samsung looks, with Samsung pasted very clearly above the screen on the phone. How many people need reminding what make their phone is every time they look at it? I suppose most phones have this, but it is a bit annoying. The C3050 is stylish and easy to hold, it's design is a bit strange because it has two blocks of silver on the top and bottom, but the case itself is black. Above the bold SAMSUNG sign, there is a tiny speaker if you look hard enough. Below the screen is the general left right up and down keypad, which is a large rectangle ...

Advantages: Small, easy to store and good for those small jobs in the kitchen Disadvantages: Will struggle with larger items
I tend to spend quite some time in the kitchen these days but I don?t really mind as I do like cooking, I suppose that stems back to when I was ?cheffing? for a living.
Anyway, back when I was ?cheffing? you had to do most things by hand, cooking wise that is, so it was a little more work back then. These days life in the kitchen is so much easier, what with all the mod-cons that are on the market to give chefs a little helping hand.

** Brief specs?
* White food processor.
* Separate liquidizer.
* 1.2 litre mixer capacity
* 2.1 litre bowl capacity
* 750 watt power
* 2 speed and ?pulse? button
* Safety interlock to prevent accidental start without lid.
* Detachable blades for easy cleaning ...

Advantages: Stylish; Good picture spec; Price. Disadvantages: Connections at rear not ideal for wall mounting; Average sound quality.
Bought this 22" TV for the wall next to my bed. It replaced a 17" set and due to the fact the speakers are underneath, it fills the same space and doesn't look too big.
I did a lot of research comparing specs of 19"-22" sets and I went for this one feeling it gave great value for £214 delivered. (I have however had to pay another £10 for an updated sky+ remote as the old versions don't recognize LG).
I have only had two slight issues with the LG3050, one of which I have fixed. Firstly, I noticed the set emits an annoying electrical hum from the back of the set, which is audible when the sound is off or running at low levels. This I was able to remedy by adjusting the "backlight" up to a level of 95. It is obviously similar to the way a dimmer switch works, which emits a "hum" at lower levels.
Secondly, when viewed from marginally below ...
