It is very simple to master, instructions are provided but to be honest you can pick up the blender and use straight away. The smaller blade in the chopping bowl can be fiddly to clean but you can always pop it in the dishwasher. I also found the chopping bowl can miss chunks of food, ... ...all gets blitzed. One tip: when blending use a dish/container deep enough, because as my kitchen walls have learnt it can tend to spray out. Nevertheless this has been one of my best buys as a new mum and does get used on a daily basis. It has 2 speeds and this is ample to blend even red meat. ... more
