I mentioned in my review the other day how I could not really live without my little blender, even though I have a rather large food processor. I am now going to make the same statement about my hand held food mixer, I would be lost without that, even though as I mentioned, I have a food processor. The hand mixer is so quick and easy for mixing up ingredients when I am in a hurry and whilst I still love my large food processor, I tend to only use this when time is not so much of the essence.
