    When it comes to mixing up a batter for either a cake or a Yorkshire Pudding I like to use an electric hand mixer. It's so much easier than using a hand whisk and takes a lot less time and effort and is a lot easier on the arms. This Kenwood is quite a basic model but it does the job for what I need it to do. I am not a big cook so I do not need it for complex recipes and specialty mixes, I just need it to whisk up some mixtures now and again. This mixer has three speeds, 1, 2, and 3, 1 being the slowest and three being the highest. The wattage goes up to 150w so you get a good fast beat with ... more
