Bought recently as a replacement kettle. EXCELLENT value for money (£10). Stylish,and easy to use and the time it takes to boil is incredible! Our last kettle cost more than twice the price of the KenwoodJKP 105 and took much longer to boil, was not as stylish and we couldn't just boil one cup ow water! When the kettle is used as much as it is in our house the fast boil facility is a real bonus, no waiting 3 minutes just to get a cuppa! The KenwoodJKP105 Fast boil kettle also comes with a twelve month guarantee though hopefully this won't be an issue because it has been very reliable since we purchased it. I'd definitely buy another and would have no hesitation in recommending the KenwoodJKP105 Fast boil kettle to anyone looking for a new, fast boil kettle ata budget price! ...

Well I'm space age now and no mistake. I have my very own white plastic Kenwood kettle. It is one point seven litre capacity, that's BIG! It boils that amount in about two minutes. Smaller loads take less time. While it boils you can take in the soothing blue-ish light it gives off from its transparent side panels and control lever. Can you take the excitement of watching those bubbles mount to boiling point? Naturally it switches off automatically. What else can I tell you about this miracle of modern science? Whatever I did, it would be more than Kenwood tells you. There are no instructions whatsoever in the box. Maybe you never read instructions anyway, but I do. And they may have saved me from blowing a fuse the first time I used it. Over-full? Over wattage? Who knows? There is a generalised safety leaflet included, but that takes in ...

I tend to spend quite some time in the kitchen these days but I don?t really mind as I do like cooking, I suppose that stems back to when I was ?cheffing? for a living.
Anyway, back when I was ?cheffing? you had to do most things by hand, cooking wise that is, so it was a little more work back then. These days life in the kitchen is so much easier, what with all the mod-cons that are on the market to give chefs a little helping hand.
