I recently bought these speakers from Halfords for the front doors of my peugeot 309, as a direct replacement for the original speakers. Fitting the speakers was easy apart from the screwfixings which were not closed so I had some hassle in positioning the speakers securely. I did not bother reading the instructions as I have replaced speaker before and it all seemed self-explanatory from all the items in the box.
The speakers at lower ... ...At higher volumers the improvement is even more noticeable, the speakers providing suprisingly solid bass for 13cm speakers.
I was also amazed at the depth, or lack of depth of these speakers, they were shallower than the original speakers so would be ideal for installations in a tight squeeze.
I paid £31.99 from Halfords for these speakers and thought this a good price compared to the best online price of £29.99 on ... more

The cones of the speakers are a deep blue and look expensive and classy, while the tweeters supported above the cone are a brushed silver colour. Overall the build quality looked good and I hope to get a good few years service from these beuties!
