Kenwood kMix Stand Mixer

This might sound a bit silly but since my husband purchased me this machine im wondering how i managed without one as a hand mixer user i was justifying the price of this product - even though it was a gift from my husband. Thought I wouldn't use it that much and was in two minds about buying it but it was on sale.... Now I'm back to baking every week. It's so easy and so powerful. Far better than a hand mixer you need to stand over all the time as it cuts the time taken when you can weigh out the next ingredient as it's all mixed, whisked or kneaded for you. My bread making has gone from a bit leaden and dense to a fantastic texture. Whisked sponges - a doddle. It also looks fantastic in the kitchen ( I have a "raspberry" red one).
