Hideously bright orange, in my opinion. It is very bright so stands out when I'm trying to find it in my shampoo cupboard...but other than that, I don't think the packaging is all that nice. APPLICATION:
Obviously, I start off by using the shampoo. I've always been told that the amount of shampoo you use should be the size of a 10p coin, so this is the size I used. I find it doesn't lather very easily, but then again, I do have rather long hair. It doesn't smell gorgeous, but it doesn't smell vile either. Just okay, I can put up ... more
On a recent trip to the hairdressers, I was told my my hairdresser that I should try out the "special conditioning treatment" they had as my hair was really dry from the holiday I'd just came back from. Hesitantly I agreed - he told me I'd had to pay an extra £30...but anyway! Once he'd finished styling my hair, it looked fantastic, so I brought the whole Kerastase shampoo/conditioning mask/serum as I thought I'd be able to achieve this look everyday by myself!

Hideously bright orange, in my opinion. It is very bright so stands out when I'm trying to find it in my shampoo cupboard...but other than that, I don't think the packaging is all that nice. I like the shampoo bottle as it is easy to hold & unscrew the top when I'm in the shower. The conditioning mask is the most unpractical packaging I've ever owned in my life - it's hard to grip & open when I'm in the shower. Oh well.
Just okay, I can put up with it. Once I've rinsed the shampoo, I towel dry my hair & apply the conditioning treatment mask. I leave this on for about 15 minutes with a towel over my head...as unflattering as it sounds, it's the best way to go lol!
RESULTS:
My hair is rather smooth/soft. But I personally feel as though I could achieve this with any conditioning treatment as long as I leave it on long enough. My hair can still get a little bit frizzy even after using the shampoo & conditioning treatment. My hair seems abit more healthier...but I wouldn't say my hair was alot more managable & nicer looking compared to when I haven't used kerastase. The serum is okay, I think I'd recommend that more than the shampoo =/
OVERALL OPINION:-
If you have hair which is in perfect or near-perfect condition, maybe you should consider buying this to maintain your hair. If, like me, your hair can sometimes be a little frizzy, or get rather dry due to styling & you have a few split ends...then don't. Because the same effect can be achieved using other conditioning treatments & shampoos. If you have really dry/frizzy/damaged hair - NO WAY IN HELL SHOULD YOU GET THIS!!! If it barely has any effect on my hair, so I doubt it would do anything to yours.
All in all, I'm disappointed. For the price I payed, I was expecting my hair to be a lot more healthier looking and managable.

Review of Kerastase Bain Oleo-Relax (Oleo Relax Shampoo)
Kerastase Oleo-Relax Shampoo is sold on its own, or as part of a 3-step hair care system for frizzy hair. The shampoo is the least expensive component of the system (about $25 Canadian), but it is still dramatically more expensive than your average drug store shampoo.
THE EFFECT
I have been using it as my everyday shampoo since my last hair cut, about 2 months ago. I have never loved my hair more than when I use it in conjunction with its counterparts--Oleo-Relax ... ...a different conditioner, and skip the oil, I don't find a dramatic difference between using this or using Head and Shoulders.
THE AROMA
The smell is reminiscent for me of the salon where I bought it. It has a faintly chemical, entirely clean smell. It is not offensive, but I prefer Aveda for scents.
THE PACKAGING
It is in a nice bottle. It's plastic, with a giant screw-off cap and a squeeze-hole to release the shampoo in minimal quantities. Strange ...

Advantages: long lasting, smell, quality Disadvantages: price, packaging
I have extremely curly and unruly hair, so when my stylist advised I use the Oleo-Relax shampoo and conditioning system I was all for it. The products are pretty pricy, but if used wisely, they can last longer than most shampoos and conditioners. This shampoo has worked great for me. I've found that it lathers best when hair is very wet. I like it because it smells good and doesn't leave a residue or film, like other anit-fizz shampoos I've tried. ... ...talked to, they are fine washing just once. The things I don't like about this product are few compared to the things I like. The main disadvantage is (obviously) the price. Also, the cap is sometimes hard to twist on and off in the shower, but that just takes getting used to after used the pop open caps on regular shampoos. Overall, if you have extremely unruly curly/frizzy hair, I definitely reccomend this shampoo and the conditioner that goes ...

thats the only shampoo that helped revitalise my hair after it was bleached about 4 times, and dyed after dont know how many times.my hair was super dry and i couldnt make it look even ¨decently¨¨.it did a great thing to me.Before i had my hair so damaged i never wondered how do they make it to get such great results in the beauty salon.well, besides skills, they use good stuff , professional stuff that people dont put on their hair everyday.Professional ... ...concentrated and effective, thats how also celebrities manage to have such a shiny and healthy hair even if they change its colour every season.
when i cannot afford buying the shampoo , hair mask and the anti frizz oil, i just use whatever shampoo, a lot of whatever mask and after i finish ,i generously apply the anti frizz oil which guarantee a great look to my hair.(if your hair isnt damaged or dry you shouldnt apply the oil generously as it ...
