Advantages: Bottle lasts for ages - you don't need much to wash your hair Disadvantages: The cost - it is expensive so shop around for the best price
...This was first recommended to me by my hairdresser a few years ago - she pulled numerous Kerastase products off the shelf and I was so happy with my new haircut that I trustingly just handed over my credit card and then hid the receipts from my boyfriend!
Any guilt over the money I had spent quickly washed away with the lather from the shampoo - from the very first wash I was hooked. My hair is naturally curly but I do straighten it every day (not good for it I know), and my scalp is quite sensitive and itches if I use some other products. This shampoo is for dryhair and sensitivescalps.
As a heavy brand switcher when it comes to toiletries and cosmetics (I love to try new products and believe every advert I see!), I can honestly say that this shampoo keeps my hair in the best condition it's ever been in, with no dryness...

Advantages: transforms hair, smells gorgeous Disadvantages: salon quality.. salon price
...After years of blowdrying, straightening, tonging, dying, bleaching etc my hair was a frazzled mess! My hair was constantly falling out whenever i washed or brushed my hair and my hair and scalp constantly felt dry and itchy! The bottle is a light green colour, maybe to...

Advantages: smells great, no build up, medicinal, lasts for ages Disadvantages: a bit pricey
...KerastaseBain de force is a high quality shampoo that leaves hair feeling soft, silky and utterly pampered. It is a medicinal shampoo that actually improves the health of your hair over time and increases its voluptuousness as well as its strength and general appearance. After torturing my hair for years with other high street shampoos that just left hideous buid-up and then stopped working, I finally became a salon convert following a sample I was given at a salon, and have never regretted it. Salon shampoos are infinitely superior to off the shelf types and kerastase supply some of the best shampoos I have ever tried. Yes they are a bit pricey but I do believe that in this case you get what you pay for. If you've got coloured hair try the mirror bain...it's fab. I am now a convert...All hail......
