I would avoid the temptation to purchase these items at the hairdressers, their 'mark-up' on these products can be excessive and after spending over £100 on my haircut/colour I'm not much in the mood for spending another £40 on products.

Sorry its taken me so long to get around to writing part two of this opinion, have been a very busy bunny at work (earning the £ to spend on all these goodies)
My previous opinion was on Kerastase's Nutritive Bain Satin 3 (shampoo), which I luuuuurve. And this op is on the little fella that should (in my hair's condition) follow up the shampoo as a treatment conditioner.
The product is described as:
"Smoothing masque to discipline dry, frizzy, unmanageable hair. Nourishes, softens and smoothes the hair. Contains Nutri-Huile Complex (Shorea and Palm Oils) and Anti-Frizz protection formula"
The product is packaged in a tumpy little tub containing 150Ml of gorgeous smelling gloop.
Its RRP is £12.40 + but I bought it for £10.54 from Lookfantastic.com (which involves registration to receive discounts) So far this is the cheapest I've found any Kerastase products, but if you know of better do feel free to let me know! I would avoid the temptation to purchase these items at the hairdressers, their 'mark-up' on these products can be excessive and after spending over £100 on my haircut/colour I'm not much in the mood for spending another £40 on products.
So after washing my hair with the Bain Satin 3 Shampoo, I gently towel dried it and smoothed a dollop of Oleo Relax Masque (lets say about 3 x 50p sized dollops) onto my hair concentrating on the ends of my hair (I have quite combination hair with mildly greasy roots and dry ends- and with this product containing oils I avoided using it on my roots)
The smell of the product is standard across the range and this masque is particularly strong, a flowery perfume, which 'flavours' your hair for hours afterwards, and has people commenting on 'that smell'!!
The masque isn't intended as a daily conditioner (and hell i don't know many people who'd be able to afford this!) so upon my hairdressers advise I used it once a week. Its recommended that you leave the masque on for at least 5-10 minutes, but I found the longer you leave it on the better the results. One saturday (before a big girlie night out) I left it on for an hour whilst i had a bath, and the end results were incredible.
So Maisy, I hear you cry, what are these incredible results you speak of???? Well my hair gets roughed up on a daily basis, its highlighted, dyed, blow dried almost daily, straightened and brushed to within an inch of its life. Its about as dry and rebellious as you can imagine, but this product is the perfect antidote. In combination with the shampoo, my hair was left feeling smooth and completeley frizz-free. Even after the dreaded blow-dry it was still soft, bouncy and had a shine all of its own. I even found that it was straighter somehow than if I'd used regular shampoos and conditioners, it took about 1/2 the time to straighten as it was already partially done. The smell lingers like a halo all day, and made me do the swishing my hair like in the adverts just so I could have another sneaky whiff!
The comments I received on the condition of my hair more than made up for the price, since using both of the Kerastase products I've had untold people comment on how nice my hair looks and asking when I had it 'done' (which is about 6 weeks ago now- usually I'd be considering a hat to cover up the dull and visable roots!!) Even the old bloke who sits opposite me in the office asked this morning if I'd had my hair done over the weekend!!
I know its not a cheap fix but after spending so much on the colour and cut of my hair I can justify spending a little more to keep it in the 'just stepped out of the salon look' and the little tub has only just run out after 6 weeks of use.
My next step is to justify the £99 on the 'so highly recommended' GHD straighteners........they'd better be good!!
Advantages: not many Disadvantages: expensive and not that good
After much umming and ahhing I decided to go for this conditioning mask as I had already been using the shampoo with such good results. I managed to track it down on ebay for £10 for a 150ml jar and crossed my fingers it would work some miracles. My hair is straightish with an annoying wave and I tend to get frizz on the top and especially when its rainy! I was hoping therefore that this would make my hair look and shine like spun silk- well something ... ...4 times now and you smear it all over your hair and leave it for 10-15 minutes. It smells ok, but nothing wonderful. Now the for the big question, does my hair look like spun silk?? well no....! I think perhaps my hair is too fine for this so it weighs it down too much resulting in it going greasey quite quickly and it doesnt really work any better than some of the Lush conditioners I like so much. I won't be buying this again it just isn't right ...

Advantages: super healthy hair, makes a dramatic difference to its quality. Disadvantages: pricey, not sold everywhere.
Possibly THE best conditioner on the market. Once you've tried this product, you'll wonder what you ever did without it! Rich and creamy in texture, you can apply a little amount, as a little goes a very long way! It's extremely concentrated and unlike many cheaper brands of conditioner you only need to use... perhaps a ten pence sized amount. It has a wonderful almond smell, a joy to use and looks really great in your bathroom. If your hair is really ... ...should really get this. It's a luxury treatment so you wont need to use it more than once a week.
My hair tends to go quite curly when wet, so it can get quite a bit frizzy sometimes. This product is great at taming your locks and makes styling and straightening your hair a breeze. You can't seem to tell its effects until after you've dried your hair though, which is slightly weird.
You have to be prepared though: You can get some great comments ...

Advantages: Best conditioning masque EVER Disadvantages: Quite expensive
...and purchased a set of kerastase oleo relax hair products from an internet site. It seemed slightly expensive at first about £7 for the shampoo, £12 for a conditioning masque and £13 for a serum, but I can assure you this was money well spent.
As you as you see the texture of the cream masque you can almost see the goodness and condition that it holds. It comes in a scoop out pot, and be careful not to waste as you only need a walnut sized blob. ... ...and left on for 10-15 minutes, or longer for a better effect, it smells gorgeous and leaves hair instantly feeling amazing. So much more than any other condition has done and I have tested quite a few.
The only problem with it for me is that I would like to use this conditioner after every wash, (every other day) but it does work out to be very expensive. So I keep it for weekly treats and use the Aussie 5 min miracle instead.
If you have £12 to ...

Advantages: Quality product, lasts a long time, and does what it says. Disadvantages: Availability, also unavailable in some countries.
I have curly, frizzy naturally dark hair, and which as of lately I used to blow-dry and/or straighten, as it didn't look very good when it was in its natural forme. I also have it coloured a deep brown with pieced highlights, which were coloured twice (gulp!) with a pre-lightener and toner, so they have been lifted from near black to almost white. Just recently I've let it do its own thing (since it's the holidays and I'm not really going anywhere). ... ...heat appliances on it has caused, it was very dry, broken and brittle, and in need of intense repair. Following the advice of my Auntie/Hairdresser/Style Guru I purchased an Oleo Relax Programme pack (best move ever, it came with sample size freebies!), which with family discount only costed me AUD $80, which I think is about 30 pounds in UK currency. This pack contains 3 products, Oleo Relax Bain, Masque and Serum. The actual masque retails form ...

...look drab. With all kerastase products this is not the case they will mend and soak into the hair repairing inside rather than coating you will feel a slight difference straight away but using regular will improve the texture and managebility of your hair reulting in very healthy shiny hair. This product is my favourite as I have seen some amazing results ...
