I like to have my hair highlighted and although I love the results over time the chemicals used have weakened my hair. This results in my hair looking lifeless and dry. My trusted hairdresser recommended I try Kerastase resistance ciment anti-usure conditioner. There is an extensive range that includes shampoos, conditioners, and other special hair treatments. There is a product for all hair types including a range of treatments for hair problems.

The Kerastase resistance range is designed to help strengthen weakened hair, especially hair damaged by the use of chemicals. I have quite long hair and the resistance ciment anti-usure conditioner is particularly suitable for longer hair. This because it is designed to be used on the hair from mid way down to the ends of your hair. I have found that using it on my scalp makes my hair a bit greasy.
To help you recognise this conditioner it comes in a light green bottle with a darker green lid. It has a pump action dispenser that works well and prevents any from spilling.
It is recommended that you first shampoo your hair with Kerastase Bain de force (strengthening) shampoo. I actually use various shampoos .I use a walnut sized amount of the conditioner after towelling out the excess water. Massage the conditioner into your scalp and then rinse off well.
The conditioner is thick and has a wonderful scent! I find describing smells difficult but this smells clean with a light floral perfume. It is not too heady and the perfume lasts on your hair.
When I first started to use this conditioner about 6 months ago I noticed an immediate improvement in the condition of my hair. It no longer felt brittle and was tangle free when a pulled a comb through. I was always really pleased with how shiny my hair looked.
Kerastase products are not widely available. They are available from some salons and I have noticed a few web sites selling Kerastase products a little cheaper than many salons.
I paid £15 for a 200 ml bottle so this is not cheap but then I'm worth it! I have had my bottle for about 6 months now and still have a little left.
...weekly treatment also from the Kerastase Resistance range. After one use I immediately noticed a difference in my hair, it felt much softer and healthier. After using this product along with the other two for 6 weeks, I was shocked, my hair had stopped snapping (apart from the odd occasional strand, but before it was coming out in clumps) and was back to the condition I first started in before touching bleach! This conditioner is pricey, but for ...
