Kerrygold butter is billed as "...Ireland's International Food Brand" and this product is exported to more than 80 countries worldwide and is,of course, widely available throughout Great Britain. I will not claim it to be my all time favourite-that honour goes to Lurpak-but Ido find it is a very good butter.Virtually all grocer's shops and most supermarkets stock it and it is very competitively priced.
It is easily spreadable on bread, croissants, rolls and crackers and has mny uses in cooking, baking and pastry making and is suitable for vegetarians. It is golden in colour and comes in a nice golden colour package with the distinctive Kerrygold logo.
The contents of the salted Kerrygold butter are as follows:
If you go to their web site -http://www.kerrygoldie/products they have a lot of recipes you can try using this product.
Kerrygold also produce a Spreadable Butter, a Herbs and Garlic butter and a wide range of other dairy products including some very good cheeses. Ireland is ,of course, renowned for the quality of its pasture and its dairy industry and Kerrygold lives up to the quality expected of dairy products from the "Emerald Isle" My final recommendation : this is a good product and is of high quality.
Rated vh cos ya can't really write much more about butter can you! LOL Yep, nice butter but I have to agree with you about lurpak, my favourite too (probably because it tastes so different to all the others!)

I thank you for this op, I am trying to ascertain the perceived differences in flavour, thus this op was extremely useful.
